Food Pairing Notes:
The perfect winter white white wine that is racey enough to stand up to roast chicken with lemon or non-spicy Indian dishes.
Tasting Notes:
On the nose comes a burst of clean, vibrant peach and stone fruit. Almost like someone cut a peach and put it in front of your nose. Very aromatic. The palate confirms the juicy peach, apricot, lemon zest and pear with more acid that you expect. The finish is incredibly long and lush.
