Description

ourced from a Certified Organic vineyard in Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma; our Grenache is medium bodied and red fruit driven. Though Grenache originated in Spain, ours is more in the style of Southern Rhone wines like Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas or Lirac. One reason is that the climate of this part of Sonoma is almost exactly the same as the south of France. Pretty cool right?!

Grenache pairs well with Asian cuisine, roasted meats and vegetables.

Tasting Notes:

Notes of Strawberry, Rhubarb and just a touch of toasted marshmallow from French Oak Barrique. This is the lightest wine we have produced to date with exceptional balance of bright fruit and acidity.
