Description

This sustainably farmed vineyard is located on Mark West Station Road east of the town of Windsor. three clones are grown, Pommard, Clone 115, and Clone 667. We ferment the clones separately, then taste and evaluate. In the end, we think that the three clones are each distinct, but complement each other in the final blend. Very Limited Production.

This wine is fruit forward with red fruit characters, vanilla, and butterscotch. You'll experience a smooth wine with a silky finish. As close to Burgundy as you are going to get, unless you are actually there!
