Description

Our Estate Syrah is almost black and quite opaque. This big red wine has a wonderful weight and a velvety mouthfeel. Heavenly aromatics of ripe plum and black currants waft from the glass, while a slight hint of anise tickles the palate. This wine is very big and rich, with layers of black fruit and spice, wrapping themselves around firm tannin structure. It's fresh with a long and opulent finish. Pair this big, bold Syrah with BBQ pork ribs, pomegranate-marinated lamb or venison. Delicious!
