Our estate Petite Sirah is inky black in color. Aromas of vanilla and dark ripe plum fill the glass. Pleasant, soft tannins on one’s palate quickly surrender to black plum and currents. The finish is long and juicy. It pairs perfectly with a rich steak or a bowl of hardy stew.
