Tasting Reviews: - Blackberry, black cherry, vanilla oak, bergamot, very rich/savory pork tenderloin marinating smell, fairly high acid, sweet side, medium tannins.. awesome wine! - Cloudy burgundy color and spiced fruit on the nose. Medium acidity and lots of fire on the tongue, but once left to breathe, this zin opens onto a myriad of deep rounded flavors of plum, carrot cake, spiced apple and pipe tobacco. - Beautiful flavors; exactly what a Zin should be, bright without to much fruit, solid finish to make it that zin wine.
