Quercioli Dolce is a sparkling sweet red wine crafted using the natural fermentation method. From Reggio Emilia province, the grapes are grown on Cordone Speronato (cordon trained spur pruned) vines in clay soil and with restricted yields.

Taste Reviews: Lightly sweet and tangy, this balanced version offers graphite, black cherry coulis, candied strawberry and spice notes. Deliciously refreshing and fruity. Demi-sec and bubbly. Fine sparkling, fruity aromas and a light taste. Perfect as an aperitif. It is an excellent Lambrusco. Lovers of fine, lightly sparkling wines are in for a treat.
