This wine is an absolute blast to make! We take our very favorite varietals from the best growing regions that each hails from; and fuse them. 50% Amador County Barbera and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley. This is our second rendition of Pasión and we are thrilled. The bright, zesty blue fruit from the barbera is hemmed seamlessly with the dark and chewy black fruit flavors from the Cabernet Sauvingnon. It truly is a symphony of aromas and flavors that are perfect harmony. This is the only wine of its kind! -JS. Vineyards: Manby and Oak Knoll District Napa Valley.
