Pairs well with crostini and soft brie, apricot, honey and walnuts

Production Notes:

We harvest our grapes early in the morning to ensure peak acidity and freshness upon arrival to the winery. After gentle pressing, we allowed the juice to cold settle overnight. The next day we racked the juice off heavy lees and fermented in small stainless-steel tanks. Sur lie aging with battonage (lees stirring) once a week in tank creates additional body, texture and viscosity in the wine. This wine was aged six months, lightly fined and filtered before bottling for maximum freshness and brilliant clarity.

Tasting Notes:

Sophisticated, lively and floral, our 2021 Pinot Gris combines apple blossom and golden pear with a flinty minerality. This wine is round and crisp on the palate with flavors of green apple and tangerine. The citrus notes hold strong through the finish due to a bright acidity.
