Production Notes:
Our Pinot Noir was harvested at the peak of ripeness in the early morning, hand-sorted, and placed in tank with 15% whole cluster. Vineyard blocks were kept separate during fermentation to enhance varietal complexity. Individual vessels of Pinot Noir underwent primary fermentation in stainless tanks with twice-daily aerative pump-overs. The wine was then barreled down to undergo malolactic fermentation naturally in our caves. Once fermentation was finished the wine was blended and aged

Our 2019 Brassfield Estate Pinot Noir draws you in with its rich garnet color, and reveals aromas of chocolate cherry, blackberry and toasted oak. Cola and pomegranate meet in the midpalate to offer bright fruit and warm spicy tones. The well-integrated oak provides structure and depth that fills the mouth and lingers nicely into the finish.
