Production Notes:

We harvest our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon in the early morning to maximize quality. Our fruit is sorted and gently transferred to tanks, keeping whole berries intact. We keep our fermentations healthy with pump-overs in stainless steel tanks. After sending wines to 40% new French Oak and 60% neutral barrels, we allow our wines to undergo natural malolactic fermentation in our extensive wine caves. Each vineyard lot is fermented and aged separately before blending to make the best wine.

Tasting Notes:

Our 2017 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon overflows with decadent aromas of juicy black plum, blackberry jam and cherry oak. A smooth entry with an intensely concentrated palate drips with dark fruit, molasses and black cherry. Balanced and round tannins frame the bright lasting finish.
