Rolling, seeping, and marinating your palate as if cloaked in a golden robe of ripe Anjou pears, candied pineapple, lemon custard, and vanilla meringue. This is a Hollywood type marriage between a robust lovely from Condrieu and the sexy agent in Marsanne. She’s a Honeysuckle blonde, tart like lemonade huge soft flavors in the mouth. He’s thick, almost unctuous with a hint of tanning oil – bronzed if you will.

Tasting Notes:

Nice white blend with nice complex nose, mouth feel and finish. Dark yellow in the glass. Andes grapes aged in French oak. Rare to describe a white with the layers usually associated with reds. I have it an extra ½ star for being one of a kind.
