Production Notes:
This wine had a slow fermentation in a Saury American Oak that gives this wine a unique sweet coconut and cream taste and one Puncheon Saury American Oak. These larger-sized barrels manage the strength and development of this Cabernet Sauvignon wine due to the increase in the inner barrel surface-to-wine ratio.
Tasting Notes:
The high quality of the wine provides for a wide range of food pairings. The pigments are blue, with cocoa and chocolate notes within expressive coconut and vanilla notes, concentrated blackberry aromas, elegant and moderate tannins, and a tightly focused finish.
