Pinot Noir "Centaure" pairs exceptionally with larger meals, think Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners. Pinot Noir's "Centaure" depth allows it to stand firmer than most of its kin. We would recommend balsamic and thyme roasted steak tips with gratin and roasted vegetables.
