It is also great with earthy vegetables like mushrooms, onion and eggplant, or dry and firm cheeses. 14.9% alcohol. 151 cases produced. - Barbera, 2019: Our south vineyard bloc estate Barbera is a full-bodied hearty red wine with characteristics of dark cherry, plum, blackberry, vanilla, nutmeg, low in tannins with light acidity. Perfect for pairing with rich dark meats, pastas, Paella, root vegetables and braised greens. Experience a beautiful Barbera from an area that is renown for its annual Barbera festival celebrating the best growing region in California for this grape. 14.0% alcohol. Made fruit forward style, no oak, so you taste the grape as grown in our terroir. 93 cases produced. - Grenache Noir, 2019: Our Grenache Noir is the infamous "Alban" clone, extremely rare in the Sierra foothills but grows exceptionally well at our 2,000 ft altitude vineyard. A lighter body red with ruby color. It has aromas of strawberry, cherry, pipe tobacco, and fennel seed. The palate has mild tannins and a velvety feel, ample acidity and a lingering minerality on its lengthy finish. 13.6% alcohol. 43 cases produced.
