Those of you who love Beaujolais style Gamay know the signature aromas - wild strawberries, raspberries and cherry. Light bodied with tasting notes of summer herbs. Less acidic than the usual Beaujolais, with a pH acidity of 3.6, creating a long lingering finish. A beautiful ruby color. It pairs very well with meat and cheese plates as well as salad dishes and even roast chicken and fish. We were so pleased with our first release, we decided to graft a section of our own vineyard to the same Gamay clone and in a year aim to produce our own estate wine. 12.8% alcohol. 27 cases produced.
