Production Notes:
The natural air-conditioning allows the grapes to develop full flavor maturity over an extended growing season–often 15 to 20 percent longer than neighboring areas. Fog usually arrives in the evening, often dropping the temperature 35-40 °F. It uses juice sourced from Laguna Ridge region of the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County, CA and is aged 16 months in French and American Oak barrels.
