Description

Grown in the Williams and Silver Milagro vineyards, the wine is made dry and crisp. Fruit is whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented in neutral French Oak and aged surlie for a short time. It presents aromas of flower, white peach and honeysuckle, flavors of Meyer lemon, pear and mineral, round texture, tangy acidity and long finish.
