Description

Made in an Old World style from the cane pruned, Clone 115, Lynn vineyard planted in clay soils next to the Rio Grande. Fruit is macerated,fermented with native and cultured yeast, gently pressed, barrel aged two years in French Oak and one year in bottle. Aromas of cherry and cranberry, rich flavors of red currant, raspberry, red plum and mineral, round texture, balanced acidity with fine tannin on a long finish.
