Slightly off-dry... great food wine.

Production Notes:

Making this wine gives me a chance to produce a true European type Rosé in a light, crisp, and off-dry style, similar to the wines we produced while I was working as an apprentice and going to wine making school in Europe. We had a fun time putting this blend together.

Tasting Notes:

This sassy, sexy, foxy and yummy wine has good balance with a light refreshing mouthfeel. It shows strawberry, bubblegum, ripe mango, and papaya with notes of cotton candy. With fresh carbonation on the finish this is a perfect summertime hot tub wine or wonderful crowd pleasing brunch wine.
