Our Faux Pas is a "chill-able red blend" of 50% ancient vine mixed-blacks and 50% Rose of Montepulciano. This wine has flavors of pomegranate, raspberry, and tart cherry. The perfect accompaniment to take on your next picnic or poolside gathering.

This lighter style red is a rosé in disguise and will satisfy both the red & white wine drinker, especially if drunk cold with friends. The wine has notes and flavors of pomegranate, strawberries, and red cherries and a zippy, bright after-taste of red fruits. The 2020 Faux Pas red blend is from ancient vines located in Oakely, California. 50% Rose of Montepulciano and 50% mixed black varietals - Carignane, Petite Sirah, Cinsault, Mataro, and Alicante Bouschet make up this lighter style "chill-able red blend". Inspired by our twenty-something daughters -who were looking for a lighter style red but something you could chill - we blended these two diabolically different styles of wine to create a quaffable easy drinking wine from grapes that are all sustainably farmed.
