Production Notes:

We grow three clones of Cabernet Sauvignon on a bi-lateral cordon trellis system on south-facing slopes at an elevation of 2200-2300 feet. The grapes were picked on October 4, at a pH of 3.4 and at 26.9 brix. The wine spent 2years and 7 months in neutral oak barrels and 20% new French oak before being bottled in May 2019. Release date: May 2021 We produced 116 cases.
