Our 2020 Rosato di Primitivo is a beautiful pale salmon color with bright clarity and a nose of red currant. The wine expresses both good fruit and good acid.

Production Notes:

The grapes were picked at 22 brix, the juice drained after several hours on the skins. It was aged for six months in a neutral oak barrel and then bottled. Only 48 cases were made.

Tasting Notes:

Flavors of rose petal and peach are followed by honeydew and spice. This wine has a rich mouthfeel and a lingering finish.
